Since 2012, University Libraries has partnered with the Colorado Alliance of Research Libraries to purchase access to all journals published by Oxford University Press. Oxford University Press has consistently purchased other publishers as well as taking over publishing of individual journal titles since we started purchasing the package.
The growth in the number of titles, as well as year over year increases that exceed CPI, means that University Libraries cannot afford to purchase the entire catalog of Oxford University Press titles for FY26.
We will maintain individual journal title subscriptions to high use titles that are not available through other databases.
