Adrina Pawlak, Coordinator of Outreach in the UNC Office of Financial Aid, served in AmeriCorps before coming to Colorado. That helped clarify her passion for helping students navigate the college application process, most especially the complexities of financial support. In this session attendees will benefit from Adrina's training and years of hands-on experience as she shares the most essential elements of funding options.

Matthew Langford is UNC's Chief Security Officer, responsible for information security campus-wide. This includes an understanding of online fraud in personal and academic communications and activities. Brandon will share his expertise specifically related to renter and landlord responsibilities, including rental scams to watch out for, and how to manage fees, deposits, and renter's insurance.

Beau Bienvenu is an advisor and assistant director in the Aims Financial Aid Office. His specialty is the FAFSA, completing it accurately, and with as little difficulty as possible. In this session he will cover the essentials on financial support at Aims CC.

This session will demystify the shopping and financial processes of acquiring real estate. Brad Inhulsen, Broker Associate/Partner with Sears Real Estate, and Tonya Jenkins, Lender and Owner of Home Team Lending, are both UNC alums who are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve the goal of home ownership.
