5 Levels of Headings

1	Centered, Bold, Title Case Paragraph begins here, on the line after the heading. This example is singled spaced, but should be double-spaced as all text in the paper.
2	Flush Left, Bold, Title Case Paragraph begins here, on the line after the heading. This example is singled spaced, but should be double-spaced as all text in the paper.
3	Flush Left, Bold, Italic, Title Case Paragraph begins here, on the line after the heading. This example is singled spaced, but should be double-spaced as all text in the paper.
4	Indented, Bold, Title Case, with a Period at the End. Paragraph begins here, on the same line as the heading. This example is singled spaced, but should be double-spaced as all text in the paper.
5	Indented, Bold, Italic, Title Case, with a Period at the End. Paragraph begins here, on the same line as the heading. This example is singled spaced, but should be double-spaced as all text in the paper.
