2020 has been an unusual year at UNC, but the Libraries have remained available to support students in both on-campus and remote learning. This infographic provides information on a variety of Libraries offerings and activities during the 2020 academic year.
According to the Fall 2020 Experiences Survey, UNC students reported being most satisfied with library services in a questionnaire including 9 items that represented university services, perceptions of health/safety, pandemic-related communications, and social opportunities. The average satisfaction with library services was 4.96 on a 6-point scale where 6 = very satisfied.
